Products

1.1 – All products as depicted on this website may be varied dependant on seasonal availability.

1.2 – All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.3 – In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 15 days after the intended delivery date.

1.4 – For same day deliveries, orders MUST be placed before 1pm.

Prices & Ordering

2.1 – All prices listed within the Sage Garden Website are subject to an additional delivery charge.

2.2 – You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with all necessary payment details.

2.3 – Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

Delivery

3.1 – Same Day Delivery. This service is only currently available for deliveries in the SG12 and SG13 postcodes. The delivery charge for same day is £5.00 to SG12 and £7.50 to SG13.

3.2 – We currently offer deliveries to the following postcodes only: SG12, SG13, EN10 and EN11. For next day deliveries charges are as follows:
SG12 – £3.50
SG13 – £5.00
EN10 & EN11 – £7.50
